Plan screen height, touch targets, navigation and readable text. Test the interface in the expected use position, with the people it is intended to serve.
Treat software as a project requirement
Confirm the operating system, application compatibility and peripherals. Ordering or other business functions depend on the selected application and its integration; the screen alone does not provide them.
